Orders
When you place an order, we collect information such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details, in order to fulfill your order, calculate shipping and tax, and communicate with you about your purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (including Stripe and PayPal) — we do not store your full card number on our servers.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be shared with the Gravatar service to check whether you use it; the Gravatar privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After a comment is approved, your profile picture is visible publicly in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the site, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, since visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for convenience so you don’t have to re-enter this information on your next visit. These cookies last for one year. Our site also uses cookies for cart and checkout functionality, and to keep you logged in if you have an account.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For registered users, we also store the personal information they provide in their profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username). For customers who place orders, we retain order information for the purposes of accounting, tax, and customer service.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
